Harry C. Sharp Paraprofessionals

Paraprofessional educators assist teachers in the classroom, supervise students outside of the classroom, and provide support for instruction. Paraprofessional educators supplement regular classroom curriculum with additional enrichment activities for students. They work directly with students, they listen to students practice reading aloud, help students understand and complete their assignments, and assist students with special needs.
Harry C. Sharp School relies on its paraprofessionals more than ever, for they are supporting instruction, working with small groups for remediation, leading extracurricular activities and are no longer simply the "Teacher's Aide" of the past.
